ORDER

  1. How do I place an order?

First, browse the products you want to buy and add them to the shopping cart. When you are about to confirm your order, click the shopping cart icon and check out. You will get the total amount and our bank account number. After you make the payment, please confirm your payment (find the “payment confirmation” button). Once we receive your payment, we will inform you and process your order.

  1. When do you process my order?

We will process your order after the payment is confirmed.

  1. What kind of payment do you accept?

At the moment, we only accept debit BCA.

 

SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY

  1. What shipping courier do you use to ship my orders?

We will ship your orders with JNE (Indonesia only). If you want to escalate the delivery, you can change the shipping method to JNE YES .

  1. Can you ship worldwide?

We are not able to ship liquid products outside our country.

  1. Can I return your products and get refund?

We do not accept refund. If you receive the product in a defect condition, we allow exchange. Please send back the products and we will send you the replacement. Please understand, before we ship the package, we always make sure that your orders are packed in a good condition.

 

PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE

  1. What kind ingredients do you use in your products?

We only use the high quality natural ingredients in our products. Most of our ingredients are organic. We only use preservative (paraben free) for water-based products for safety. Our ingredients are free from GMO, paraben, SLS, synthetic fragrance, synthetic dyes, and other harsh chemical).

  1. Are your products safe for children?

We do not recommend our scented skincare products for children due to the 2% dilutions. Some variants of our soaps (soul of provence and blithe and bonny) are still safe for children.

Some essential oils that we have are suitable for your kids. Please consult a health therapist for further information or contact us.

  1. Are your products safe for pregnancy?

Please see the products description for pregnancy safety. We recommend you to not use essential oil at the first trimester. Please consult a health therapist for further information or contact us.

  1. Are your products palm free?

Yes, we against the use of palm oil in our company.

  1. Are your products vegan?

Please see the ingredients list for further information. Some of our products (body oil, essential oil, body scrub, body mist, dry shampoo, and lip scrub) are vegan. We make sure that our products are free from animal cruelty. We do not use animal fats, musk oil, palm oil, or do animal testing.

  1. How long do your products last?

Our soaps last for 6-12 months.

Our body oils last for 6-12 months.

Our body scrubs last for 3-6 months.

Our body mists last for 1 year.

Our lip balm and solid perfume last for 6-12 months.

Our lip scrubs last for 3-6 months.

Our dry shampoos and mask last for 3-6 months.

Our body butters and deodorants last for 6-12 months.

The shelf life of our products may vary. As long as it looks fine or does not smell funny, you can still use it.

  1. What can I do to prolong the shelf life of the products?

Please store our products in a dry and cool place like in the shelf or refrigerator. Do not let it contact with water. Close the bottles or jars properly after use. We suggest you to use clean spoon to scoop our scrubs.

  1. Can I customize the product?

Yes, you can. We can customize your order based on your skin conditions or for your special occasion (birthday gift, hampers, wedding favors, etc). Please contact us for details.

 

WHOLESALE

  1. Do you wholesale?

We apply wholesale price for people who need our products in bulk quantity. Please contact us for details. We do not have any authorized reseller because we want to hand our products freshly and directly to our customers. Some products should be made by order to maintain the freshness and the quality. We do not ban people who resell our products, but we are not responsible for any trouble.
